Situated between the Girondine bastide town of Ste. Foy la Grande and historic Castillon-la-Bataille scene of the final battle of the 100 years war and just 26 kms from Saint Émilion, the epicenter of the Bordeaux wine region. Only 40 minutes from Bergerac International Airport to the east, which handles low cost flights to most parts of the UK. Bordeaux International Airport at Merignac to the west.

This vineyard produces a variety of classic grapes on its slopes. For the whites, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadel producing mainly dry wines and some medium/med-sweet. In the reds, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

The main house is an imposing Maison de Maître which has big airy and bright rooms but is in need of refreshment and modernisation. Adjoining the main house is a three room dwelling with lots of character that is need of renovation.

Adjoining that is a large barn where the bottling takes place which leads to the barrel store and on to two cellars. There is also an old bread oven on one end of the barn.
