Guest Cottage Accommodation

The guest cottage is completely independent of the Manor House.  It would originally have been the gate house and is situated at the entrance to the driveway. The accommodation comprises the following:

• Dining/Kitchen/living room (28m²) – with a kitchen area, with fitted kitchen, tiled floor, beamed ceiling and fitted log burning stove.
• Bedroom 1 (12m²) – carpet floor and painted beamed ceiling - En suite   shower room.
• Bedroom 2 (20m²) – with tiled floors, exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. En suite Shower Room.

The guest cottage has a lovely undercover dining terrace facing onto the garden.

Additional Information

To the rear of the Manor house, there is an attractive swimming pool (10m x 5m) with a surrounding terrace.

A large barn of 275m² is attached to the main house. It is in good condition and includes a large laundry area and the boiler room.

In addition there is also a wooden tobacco barn (Sechoir) detached from the house.

The land immediately surrounding the Manor, is well kept formal garden and parkland with some beautiful mature trees and shrubs. There is just under 4 hectares in total, which includes prairie and a poplar wood with a natural water source and pond.
