The accommodation currently comprises the following:

Ground Floor Accommodation

Front entrance into:

• Bar   (4.5 x 7m) – with a tiled floor, double toilets (M/F) and a shower room. There are doors leading off to: 
• Apartment   - with 2 rooms of 9m2, an open plan living room / dining room of 20m2, toilet and a bathroom.
• In the back of the bar there is a Utility Room (2.8m x 5.5m).

From the Bar there is an entrance to the 90 Cover Restaurant - with tiled floors, double toilets (M/F) and air-conditioning.The restaurant is divided into two parts.

The main restaurant (7.50m x 13.30m) and a Covered Terrace (3.00m x 14.00m).

From the restaurant there are doors leading off to the:

• Kitchen: The kitchen is in accordance with the European norms. There is a cold room, the area to prepare the vegetables, cooking area and a washing up area.

Furthermore there are doors from the restaurant leading off to the reception desk from the hôtel. This area can also be accessed from a side entrance from the outside.

First Floor Accommodation

From the reception there are stairs leading up to a living room (2.9m x 4.2m). There are doors to an area with 3 rooms, which are currently un-restored and used as drying area and storage. This area could be turned into a small apartment.

From the living room there is a hallway with doors leading off to 8 Hôtel Rooms with the following measurements:

There is air conditioning and electric heating throughout the entire building.

There is a spacious parking lot with 4 garages in the back of the restaurant, and there is further parking space in front of the restaurant alongside the road.

There is a well and a pump outside the kitchen. 

The hôtel is in need of modernisation, but is well situated and offers a lot of potential.
