The larger market towns of Marmande and Ste. Foy le Grande are both about a 20minute drive away. Bergerac with its international airport is 30 minutes away by car and the beautiful city of Bordeaux, with its larger international airport, is just over an hour away.

Both houses are air conditioned and have electric heating.  The drainage is by septic tank. There are three wells on the property which could be utilised to water the garden. The house is very habitable but is in need of some renovation and decoration. The attic could be converted into more bedrooms and a bathroom to provide further living space.
