The main house needs a lot of attention including the roof but the rooms are already in place so you have plenty to work with. The main barn is just that, an old stone cattle barn that even has a couple of the original horse drawn carts in it (see photo page). The smaller barn is made of concrete blocks, like breeze blocks, and would make a superb garage/workshop.

The land is mainly prairie but there are vineyards very close by and some very old trees near to the barn.
