Antony Bryan m: +33 (0) 687 41 17 54 Antony has lived in France with his wife Jane, for 13 years. During that time he has worked exclusively in the property business, establishing a successful rental management business whilst undertaking several property developments. For the last 10 years he has been selling houses with Guyenne Immobilier, before becoming MD following the retirement of the former owner, 6 years ago. He has an intricate knowledge of all aspects of property purchase, development and resale. |

Jane Fraser-Bryan t: +33 (0) 553 89 28 65 Being co-owner of the business with her husband Antony, Jane's role covers a variety of different aspects. As well as organizing the staff, she handles marketing and new developments and is the major motivational force driving the company forward. These days, being a busy Mum, Jane works on a 'Part-time' basis, but she is always available for a chat and to give advice to client. |

Pierre Verdier t: +33 (0) 553 89 28 65 Born in Lot et Garonne, Pierre has worked in the legal profession in France for over 30 years. He has a superb knowledge of conveyance and inheritance laws and is on hand to give help and advice to vendors and purchasers. |

Nicolas Janssens m: +33 (0) 609 69 31 76 Nicolas lived in Belgium for almost 19 years before moving to France with his family. He is fluent in Dutch, English and French. He started working in the Estate Agency business in the Aquitaine region in 2007. Because of his excellent language skills, superb people skills and unsurpassable knowledge of the area we asked Nicolas to join Guyenne in 2011. Since that time, Nicolas has spent a considerable time working closely with Pierre and has since taken on the role of Rental Manager to our 100+ strong rental management portfolio. |

Sandra Alderden t: +33 (0) 553 89 28 65 Sandra, who is Dutch, has been in France for 12 years. She has been working with us for over 6 years and is an integral part of our business. In our absence Sandra can cover all aspects of the business. She speaks 4 languages and studied International Management and Economics. She runs the day to day office administration, whilst concurrently running her eco-friendly luxury camping and B&B business. |

Samantha Peake m: +33 (0) 685 13 57 59 Oxford-born Sam has lived in the SW of France since the end of 2006, having moved to the Dordogne with her family after 12 years "in the fast lane" in London. A former City accountant, Sam joined Guyenne in 2011 as an enthusiastic team player - keen to get back into working life after raising her young family. Sam works on a part-time basis in the Estate Agency business and also in the wine export business, managing to encompass both her passions of property and wine into her busy working life. She has a great knowledge of this corner of France and is particular fond of Bordeaux for its culture, architecture, fine wines and shops! |

Gini Ivey m: +33 (0) 675 76 36 44 Gini has been a property owner in France since 2003. She worked for a property search company in the UK, so it was a natural transition for her to become a Commercial Agent for a French Estate Agency, once she made her move here permanently. Giving up her first love of horses, she now helps people who have horses, find their ideal property! She has children in the French education system, and so is well placed to give advice to anyone considering a permanent move here with children. Having lived in Holland, she is also a competent Dutch speaker and an enthusiastic member of our team. |

Simon Colebourns m: +33 (0) 671 46 99 14 Simon has a strong financial background, starting his career in mainstream banking, where he remained for many years before moving into the world of Advertising and Public Relations. Making a life changing decision in 2003, he moved to France with his wife and children. Finding a gap in the market he established a thriving internet café in the centre of Eymet in 2004. Having got fed up of the daily chores of Café life, he now joins Guyenne Immobilier, in their new Eymet office. Simon is extremely well known locally and has contacts in every trade. With his financial background, he can spot a good buy and can offer sensible, practical and knowledgeable guidance to those wishing to start a business here in France. He is passionate about cooking and French cuisine and the nations' favourite sport, rugby. |

Gordon Kent m: +33 (0) 619 75 66 29 Born in Scotland, Gordon has been a lover of France and all things French for over 30 years. Fulfilling a life long dream, he bought his first property here 9 years ago, in the Lot et Garonne. Having sampled the life on a part-time basis, he and his wife settled here permanently just over 2 years ago, and has been involved in the property business ever since. |

Isobel Murray m: +33 (0) 624 72 52 51 Isobel ran her own barber shop business in the UK for more than 30 years having diversified from her original career in banking. Having a passion for language, she taught Business English to clients of many nationalities in her spare time. Following her dream, she moved to France a few years ago and has renovated a beautiful property, creating gîtes and B&B accommodation, which she now successfully runs just 15 kilometres from Eymet. With her property project up and running, she spent several months training with Guyenne and is now an energetic member of our Commercial Agent team. |

John Reynolds m: +33 (0) 680 13 79 11 John has been living and working in the Duras region since 1990. After completing an apprenticeship in painting and decorating he obtained a City and guilds Construction Technicians Certificate. Leaving England in 1976 John spent 3 years as a Civil Engineering Construction Manager in South Africa before returning to take up a directorship of a property development company. Having purchased property in the region in 1988, he moved to France with his wife and son two years later. Following an 8 year period working within a tightly knit group of French tradesman on a number of high end renovation contracts, John was involved in the start up of the first Eymet Estate Agency, leaving 2 years later to concentrate on renovation Projects, both personally and for various clients. We are delighted to have John on board. His 20 years of 'hands on experience' in the French Property market proves invaluable to our clients looking for a home in the region. |

If you would like to work within Guyenne Immobilier we are always looking to recruit Commercial Agents. In particularly at present to cover the following locations; North of Eymet and Bergerac (Sigoules, Pomport etc). But other areas considered. You will be a highly motivated team player, with a good level of French. You will have an excellent knowledge of the area and experience within the property market at some level. You should be computer literate and have excellent written English. Experience in a selling capacity would be beneficial, but not essential. Rather than employing 'cut throat' sales people, we prefer to employ well established knowledgable local people that are, most importantly, passionate about property and the beautiful area in which we live. You will need to be the owner of a reliable car and have a mobile phone and digital camera. You will be given full and immediate access to our existing portfolio of property and very attractive commission rates are offered plus a yearly bonus scheme.
