Main House

A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which provides spacious accommodation for the site owners.

Gîtes

There are four Gîtes ranging from a 2 adults plus 2 children ground floor Gîte to an 8 person 2 storey property. All the Gîtes are in good decorative order.

Each Gîte has a well fitted kitchen and access to a private outdoor area.

• Gîte 1: Ground floor Gîte. Living room/ kitchen 2 bedrooms and shower. Sleeps 2 adults plus 2 children


• Gîte 2: Kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and shower. Sleeps 4 adults.


• Gîte 3: This first floor apartment is extremely flexible. It has a kitchen with access to a large balcony with views over the countryside, living room, 2 bedrooms and shower room, in addition a further double bedroom is available if required. Sleeps 5-8 persons.


• Gîte 4: Two storey with terrace, living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room on ground floor, in addition 2 bedrooms and shower room on the first floor.

There is also a games room. Laundry room and an 11m x 5m salt water pool. Other buildings at present used for storage could provide space for more amenities.

Outside: The house stands in open countryside but within 5minutes drive of 2 towns with all facilities. Views over fields to the rear. A large garden area. Drainage is by septic tank.
